Jon has over 15 years of recruitment experience, 13 of which have been in the Oil, Gas, and Renewables sector.
Before Bow Resources, he was Regional Director for a global manpower and recruitment business that was a specialist in the Oil and Gas sector. Responsible for the overall operations, sales, and budget for the largest business unit in the company for 10 years. This included managing a team of 25 heads in a multi-million-pound profit centre.
He has strong experience in building client relationships and developing delivery strategies across different countries and regions. He also has extensive experience in tenders, compliance, and operations globally.
