With over 10 years of experience in technology recruitment, Jack has built deep expertise supporting businesses with high-level technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, product, and digital functions. Before co-founding NineTech, he spent a decade at Oscar, where he progressed to Associate Director, leading IT contract recruitment and delivering complex, high-volume, and specialist hiring solutions.
Jack is known for his consultative, delivery-focused approach, partnering with technical organisations to provide flexible, high-impact talent solutions that support growth, transformation, and project delivery.

Louis Singleton is the Co-Founder and Director of NineTech, specialising in permanent recruitment across technical and technology-led businesses.
With over 10 years of recruitment experience, Louis has a strong track record in securing senior and high-impact talent across software engineering, sales, and product functions. Before co-founding NineTech, he spent almost a decade at Oscar, where he led the enterprise division and built deep expertise in placing senior sales professionals within high-growth LegalTech organisations.
