Niall began his career in PwC Dublin, where he trained in Financial Services Audit and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009.
His post qualification Finance experience includes a role as a Credit Analyst with a large Financial Institution and a Financial Reporting role within an Investment Management company. Niall went on to spend seven years in Finance Recruitment with FK International before co-founding Darwin Hawkins in 2018.

Mark began his career at Deloitte in Dublin, where he trained in Financial Services Audit and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.
Post qualification, he spent four years in the Portfolio and Relationship management area of Certus, a large Financial Institution in the Banking sector. Mark then moved to FK International.
Three years later, Mark co-founded Darwin Hawkins in 2018. Mark's recruitment areas cover Project Management, Strategy, Finance Transformation, and Data Analytics.
